For vinyasa yogis of all levels, heated vinyasa classes will expand your understanding of vinyasa yoga, breath based movement and linked poses. We dive deeply into all things vinyasa with a mix of theory, music, meditation and practice. Engage practical tools and techniques to implement into your practice. We will explore and strengthen through organizing principles of vinyasa practice: rhythm, breath, bandhas, drishti, alignment and sequencing. Expect 60+ minutes of a full spectrum, peak pose, or theme-based vinyasa class.
